For your convenience, the estimated cost of your rental can be provided in US dollars during the reservation process. At the time of making the rent, however, the dependent of the rental office in the rental Country will estimate the actual rental charge in their currency based on the exchange rate published by the rental company. The exchange rate fluctuates daily. As a result, the conversion of US dollar motorcycle rental costs into local currency may result in a higher or lower actual charge than the estimated rental cost at the time of reservation. In addition, by paying with a credit card not issued in rental Country, your bank can convert the total amount paid in national currency to its currency of origin to reflect it on your credit card statement. This conversion may also be subject to fluctuations in the exchange rate that is used to convert weights to their original currency. The rental branch has no control over the currency conversions used by the company on your credit card or any extra charge for foreign transactions imposed by your credit card company.
Debit and pre-paid charge cards are not accepted at rental pick-up time, but are accepted for payment at time of car return. Debit cards are not accepted for a rent guarantee. They will only be accepted as a form of payment at the time of returning the motorcycle. No Iron Horse location accepts cash as a form of rental guarantee.

Provided the motorcycle and extras are returned in the same state as rented and in accordance with the fuel policy, etc, this deposit (credit card reserve) will be refunded after dropping the motorcycle off (please note that it may take up to 3 days for the money to appear on your credit card again).
